Visits and Excursions

Opportunities are taken to extend the children?s learning beyond the classroom and provide first hand experiences beyond the scope of our own resources. This may involve taking the children out on an educational visit within the local community or may be planned to places of interest further a field.

We invite a variety of visitors to school. For example, prominent members of the local community, 'people who help us', theatre groups, poets, story tellers and speakers from charity organisations.
